P402 Bulk Sampling of Asbestos Course
The length of the training programmes have varied from
one day courses on Asbestos Awareness, and an extended
one day Masterclass on a wide range of Health & Safety
topics developed to meet the Council's needs, to the BOHS
P402 Sampling Course which was 4 days in duration.
The majority of the training has been
provided by Professor Roger Willey of ACS with other employees
of ACS carrying out other services for the Council
ACS have provided training services
to Argyll & Bute Council since the formation of the
Council and the most recent training was completed during
December 2004. This was the BOHS P402 Course where the
success rate was over 90%
My own views on the training and other
services provided by ACS are that they are consistently
provided in a professional manner to a very high standard
of quality and content.
This is supported by the comments within
the course critique sheets returned by the participants.
I would have no hesitation in using
ACS Physical Risk Control in the future for both the
provision of training and other services provided."
